Need help: Where is Brielbara?

I am already at the North East section.

    here is what you need to do:

    go to the area where she appears and sleep OUTSIDE in that area successfully and she will appear when you wake up

    ( this can be quite a pain because the flaming fist take a while to walk to an exit, and you wont be able to sleep again until they leave, so the handy dandy Crt+Y cheat comes in handy if you have the cheat console activated)

    Thanks, I went there again at 0600 and she was there.
