NPC dialog broken

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I have Aerie in my party and almost immediately after joining she started acting like a dialog was going to open with her. She says one of her normal lines as if I clicked on her, and repeats that line endlessly.

How do I get this to stop and get her to act normally?
