Feature Request - Enable LastTargetedBy()

LastTargetedBy is listed in the object.ids file but apparently it does nothing or the parameter it relies on is not set.
And thus it cannot be used as an identifier.
As a counterpart of LastAttackerOf, a version solely restricted to direct physical damages would be helpful.

    I definitely support this! Having problems with one of my spells because that identifier doesn't work.
