EE companions' ToB Quests

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
When, where and how do they start? E.g. what do i have to do to trigger the ToB portion of EE NPCs quests?
I don't need a walkthrough. Just a starting poing for every EE companion. Thanks.

Quick Googling didn't seem to be fruitful((

    Neera: Go to the North Forest and wait about 10 sec
    Dorn: You must have had him for a certain timd in your team (two weeks of in game I believe). Then, next time you travel between maps, you'll get an encounter that starts the quest

    Hexxat: walk into the Tavern in Amkethran.

    Rasaad will encounter some people in a zone transition outside Saradush which will start the quest.
