Crashing when trying to save

Quick-Save works fine but when ever I try to manually save a game it just CTD. I click Save Game from the options menu, hear a click, then need to press it a 2nd time by which time it crashes.

Loading seems fine.

Anyone else had this issue?

    I had that issue and it was being caused by an old save game. Try moving all your old saves to a different folder and see if that fixes it.
