[Android] clicks are registered a bit to the right of the expected location

1. Using Motorola Nexus 6, start a new game and click on things.

Observed
Clicking is consistently registered a bit to the right of the expected location.

Expected
Clicking is accurate.

Notes
1. This issue does not affect BG1.
2. From what I've read, this problem is present in Android 6.0.1, not 6.0.0

    Trent Oster tweeted on 15-Dec-2015 that an Android hotfix was released; but the playstore shows that the last update was in August. 2 questions:

    1. Does this hotfix address this bug?
    2. When will Playstore push it?

    According to the website the last update was in December 2015:

    interesting. On my phone the playstore app says that it was updated on Aug 26. I installed bg2 in January this year so I'm sure I have the latest version. I guess the playstore app is just showing incorrect information.

    So the original problem remains...would appreciate some dev input here. There are an awful lot of low review scores on the playstore because of this bug.
