in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
I have BG:EE on steam, can I purchase Dragonspear from here (not Steam) and have no problems? Will the purchase from here recognize my BG:EE steam copy?

    No, you'll need to buy the expansion on Steam.
