Would that be the voice actor of IWD's Narrator/Belhifet (Eltan) and Tim Russ (ST: Voyager's Tuvok)?

    Heh...I totally thought Belt was Tuvok too when I first heard it. He's not though. @Amber_Scott may know who plays who.

    Belt's VO was by local actor, novelist, former BioWare writer, podcaster, community activist, and all-around renaissance man Minister Faust.
