Help Needed. Forget to pick up Items / Console not working

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
Heya Its Me Fanira!

Okey i have a Serious Problem now! Since i cant return to Locations (If i venture forth in the chapter) I did everything in the Wyrm forest and i forgot to pick up the 7 Spider Leg for Neera. I tried to open my Console (Yes, i did the changes in the baldurs.ini) but the console does not open for me. Is there any way (without starting a new) to get the console running or the spider leg?

    Read the threads about Khalid to see how to enable th console. There are one or two in this page
