[Spoiler] Chapter 11 merchant

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
Im on chapter 11 at Dragonspear fort but I can't find a merchant to identify and sell items to? I can leave the map so am i just not able to or am i missing completely where the merchant is meant to be?

    Belegarm should be inside the castle at that point.

    Where abouts exactly? because I have the whole outside explored and cant find him :/
