Did the music stone sidequest and the ghost told me to go east to dig her grave. I can't find anything.
Also a bug report: The first time the ghost appeared I killed her and nothing happened, then I had to talk to the first ghost again and go through all the dialogue all over again.

Taking a break for a bit... I got one of those random encounters and it led to a troll cave. There's a pool of water that when I click it says the light isn't good enough for me to see the bottom. Anything to this or just a descriptor? I've tried double clicking like with others in this game but it's just repeating so I'm thinking this is all it is.
Edit: Actually.. I reloaded a Chapter Save and run through everything, just for you

I had infravision so I don't know why it didn't turn on before... the other infravision secret (the one in the troll cave in the next area) triggered for me.
