What do I do with this? *spoilers*

I found a dead body "item" in the temple of the Cultists (where you find that crazy lady in a cage). I don't know what to do with it. Should I just leave it behind?

    I didn't find any use for it on my playthrough so I just left it. There's only a quest with quest specific bodies later on that have a use.
