Opcode 233: Modify Proficiency

Appears to include a behaviour option:

Set if higher (0)
Increment (1)

Would this now allow us to add a bonus proficiency to a kit upon creation or levelling?

    The 1.3 patch that came out with like, the original release of BG2EE?

    Damn...

    But still nice to have new options.
