Please help with Tp2 AGAIN

I'm sorry to have to post yet ANOTHER issue I'm having, but I'm coming up with "a parsing error at line 22 column 1-3 near text SAY" Not quite sure what I did wrong there because all the language looks correct every time i look at it. If anyone is up to helping me out a bit, I would appreciate it.
Also, IF people feel like this class has balance issues, I understand, but this is just a first time use of it.
