Game Continue to Run While in Inventory Screen

Please delete if already requested. It was great to manage my stuff while I was in safe areas on my way to an inn, it also allowed you to spend time being an ocd packrat while the game timer ran which allowed banter, romance stuff and timed quests to chug along. Worth a toggable option I would have thought.

    Do you mean go back to the way it used to be?
    As in: You are suddenly confronted by a Golem of some description. You go to your inventory to check your weapon descriptions to see which (if any) will damage that particular Golem. You die - while still in inventory.

    This would be awesome. In the original BG, I would always sort my inventory while my characters were taking really long walks (like from Durlag's tower up to the buyer) and I miss that. Now I just have to sit around waiting.
