Enemy loot changes in last patch

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Has anyone else noticed a slight change in drops recently (last patch)? There's been a few instances now where I received non-standard loot (like an arrow of dispelling from a Xvart, for instance).
I like the change. It adds a little spice to the standard fodder grind.

    I've noticed that very small amounts of unique ammo seem to be dropping more, as well as spell scrolls... I also don't remember so much jewelry dropping in the game but my memory may not be correct - because I'ev been getting TONS of jewelry lol.
