IWD:EE Android tablet-rearrange party

Sorry if this has been covered - my search skills aren't what they could be.

Brand new Dragon tablet, want to move some of the lower hp characters back. I know there's a specific tap-press-drag combination because I managed to move one of my tanks to the rear but I'm damned if I can figure out how.

Can someone clue me?

    Click on the one you want to move so the frame around the portrait blinks. Now press and drag to the new position. I just tried it on my Fire and it worked.
