[UB] Alternative scrollbar art

Hi,

Looking at the game files, I find what I think is an unused scrollbar bam. It seems to come from vanilla BG2 (I don't remember seeing it used there either).

With the changes in the engine, this bam no longer renders correctly. The art is cool so I decide to fix and publish it if anyone want to use it

That fits with the parchment background much better than the brass curtain rod that's currently used.
