Journal issues on BGEE with EE NPCs

Not sure if this is known, or reported, but on latest version 2.3.67.2, at least Neera's quest doesn't add any text on the journal. I think Dorn and Rasaad have this issue as well, but I haven't tested them on an unmoded game.

    I have the same issue in my game, currently running v2.3.67.3. Neera, Rasaad, A Farmer's Tales all have no text in their entries. See imgur link for screenshots

    Edit: this is a fresh install I made recently, GOG version on PC. No mods running

    Yeah - there are a few quests like this... I've been making a list.
