    BD_NIGHTMARE_MODE seems to be what the game checks to apply the LoB boni to the creatures while GAME_DIFFICULTY changes the usual Easy-Insane parameters. I'm not sure that leaving it to 6 (Insane) with BD_NIGHTMARE_MODE is 1 really changes much, it was just in case.

    Admittedly I haven't tested that extensively.
