Druid shapeshift: Stats etc.

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Hello everyone!

Just wondering. The druid class get the ability to shapeshift into various forms at level 7. However, I was wondering, how good are these forms in terms of what it may hit? Does the animal paws hit as a normal weapon? As a +1 weapon? +2 weapon? Does anyone know?

    Now in ee, when you get these forms, right click on the ability, and it show you the tooltip about forms. Btw the wolf and bear forms have +1 weapon only and not scaling. Some of the avangers extra forms have better, the salamander has +3, and shapeshifter werewolf forms have +2 weapon. Not shapeshiftibg but the totemic druid spirit animals have +6 weapon. The mage polymorph spell have +3 weapons, fiend, jelly etc, but not all.

    And druid elemental shapes has +4 weapon.

    Too bad the descriptions doesn't fit the reality though :(

    Yeah there are documentation errors. But you can check weapon items via near infinity. I checked the ones i wrote my last posts.

    Well... the shapeshifts in BGEE and BG2EE isn't the same, e.g. the spider form. Also the spider form of avengers in BGEE doesn't have haste etc.

    So all in all, I think there are some bugs. :)
