BG:EE and BG2Tweaks - cant find bag of holding

I've just installed BG2Tweaks and I don't see bag of holding anywhere.
Also there is no scrolls bag in High Hedge.

Any way to obtain these?

    Iirc, the bag of holding is sold at the sorcerous sundries in baldur's gate. You can get a scroll case by doing Firehair's quest in the house in front of Feldepost's inn.

    the name of component is misleading. it adds bags and cases to some shops.
