action stacking

would it be very difficult to create a mod that would allow you to stack actions similar to wow where you can say cast three spells shoot an arrow walk to a certain location cast a spell then start melee attack by clicking them in advance and having you character carry out the commands after you stack them. you used to be able to press alt and have your character move along a rout you clicked while holding alt. i wounder if this could be exploited in creating that effect.
