Viconia Caught In Selection Sounds Loop In Ust Nathar

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I've searched for a solution but can only find it discussed rather than a solution.

I have Viconia and Valygar in party, during the "killing Quilue" quest, Viconia gets stuck repeatedly saying her selection lines. I've tried dropping her, Valygar and then re recruiting but that doesn't work. The moment you recruit Valygar, she starts again.

I've tried killing them, still doesn't stop.
Any solutions for this known issue?

    Where would that show?

    March 2015 is when I downloaded it from GOG.
    I have some mods, SCS, UB, Banters, IEPBanters, Questpack ect.

    You can check on the ToB in-game Options menu, or in the main menu I think.
