CrevsDaak Multikit Mod question

Very sorry if this is something obvious to everyone or something I should have figured out from the stickies. I'm new to modding BGEE, but had used some mods previously on the original. I was interested in CrevsDaak's Multikit mod, found here: https://github.com/CrevsDaak/m7multikit/releases

The problem I've run into is that the readme references a "setup-m7multikit.exe" which is not present in that release, or any of the older releases I looked in. Is the file just missing? Is there a different way to run it or some other tool I need to use?
