Transfer game from android to pc

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Hy! I have a modded BG2 EE installed on my android phone, with some 15 hours gameplay in it. I will spend some days home because of illness, and I want to play the game on my windows notebook for a bigger screen experience. I already know that the savegames will work if i install the exact same mods as on my phone. What if i install the pc version on the notebook, and copy over the modded content (override, etc...) and save games, and just start over? Will it work, or i have to install the mods on the pc as well (a.f.a.i.k. installing weidu mods is just copying files into the override folder, and overwriting dialogue.tlk)
Anyone has some experience with it?

    I don't know about your question in particular.. but is it possible at all without loads of bugs?

    The android version is what, 1.3? And PC is 2.3? Quite big differences, dunno if it affects stuff in such a way you can't transfer back and forth.
