Neera cutscene crash

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
When leaving the bridge district, the cutscene that plays where Neera asks for help keeps crashing the game. Is there a console command I can use to reset her?

    I had to use C:SetGlobal("OHN_NEERA_RENC","Global",12) to de-spawn Neera in her encounter. I can continue now, but I probably broke her quest doing so.

    Have you tried reloading from an earlier save?

    It works, but it also means I can never encounter Neera in the bridge district. Also, it was like 20 hrs ago.
