    Any mage/bard except Edwin. Conjurers don't get access to that spell type. Not every mage will have it memorized upon joining though, you may need to nab a scroll for them to write first.

    Xan, Dynaheir, Garrick, Eldoth, Quayle, Xzar, Baeloth.

    Imoen, if you Dual-Class into Wizard.

    Safana, if you give her the Intelligence tome and then Dual-Class her into a Wizard.

    Khalid, if you're using aTweaks' component that turns him into a Fighter-Mage.

    Dynaheir can cast identify? I never knew that. But then again Ive never used her in my groups much to a point where I'd use it with her.

    As long as you give them an Identify scroll so they can read or copy to their spellbook any of the NPCs listed by me can cast Identify.

    As far as I know, all arcane magic users other than Edwin can cast Identify.
