PSTee - Early Glabrezu

To meet Glabrezu in the Undersigil at the end of the game makes their special items useless (since the party is dismissed right after).

Glabrezu should be available from the beginning in PSTee, before to meet Ravel.

    A low level party entering the UnderSigil unprepared will stand no chance against a Greater Glabrezu. I think such a feature is more suited for a (tweak) mod.

    Actually there is a tweak mod for vanilla version.
    I used it with no balance problem... at least starting the fight with Hannah backstab.
