change stat of main character ?

hi guys and gals ; is there any way to change or retribute main character's stats (streng ; dex...) . I saw a console cheat make it max stats 18 for all ; but i don't want a superhero ; i just want to change it for more logical . When i start the game ; i don't know how those stat work ; so i put it so pointless ; i hope there is a way to change it with current save ; becuz i don't want to start over again . thanks forward
