Is the Axe of the Jester an actual worthy weapon?
What are the random effects on wielder's stats?

    Each time you use it, there is a chance you'll get various types of bonus damage, the best of which is 5-50 magic damage. It can also temporarily raise or lower INT/WIS/AC, and can also lower (but not raise) DEX, CON, and LUCK.

    5-50 is stronger than Heaven and Earth! I think I'll give it to Vhailor.
    Does Luck increase the chance? I could use the Axe with Clipped Copper Piece during a Boss Battle.
