Weather overlays indoors

Can they play in what are normally indoor areas? There are OUTDOOR and WEATHER flags that can be set with scripts, and they stay in the saved games, but an attempt to change weather only makes it rain on the street.

    IIRC the area needs to be master, e.g. added to mastarea.2da, for weather to function. I think...

    Yeah, only master areas with weather enabled can display weather. It would probably increase load times if you make all areas master. And it is probably not healthy if you split your party between master areas. Exits between master areas should transfer whole party.

    Why? What's this "should"? Is it a moral "should"? How about the "should" in "modders and players should have more options and more exciting adventures?" I wish you'd have something to back up your diagnosis.

    You can't say that. This doesn't follow. The recognition of the I/other asymmetry marks the transition from metaphysics as first philosophy to epistemology as first philosophy.
