If I preorder the deluxe edition will I get straight away also a Steam key?

    Not yet. As I understand it, they'll add the ability to get a steam key later on. Right now they're focusing on the pre-release/beta via the Beamdog launcher.

    Steam access will come when the game leaves HeadStart and is fully released. There's no ETA on that, just 'When it's ready'.

    Until the official release you can buy now and play with the Beamdog Client and HeadStart. Once it's released you'll be able to email support and request to swap your Beamdog Client version for a Steam version.
