  I've tested it for you. the installer is an archive, you can use 7zip to open it and then drag and drop the items.

  it is not your classic binary file it's kinda hybrid thing which runs some commands to auto deploy the content. many files like that can be probed with archive software - nVidia drivers for example.

  This is an example of a self-installing archive, a special type of .exe. Popular in a more innocent age, but it's much safer to open them with 7zip or winrar.
