In a few words just two things:
1) PLT support for VFX
2) Dynamic scale and position of the VFX.
The PLT thing would make VFX coloreable so we can make something like hair with transparency going from something like this:,
To like this:
In the 1.69v VFX only support TGA/DDS so no tinting.
And with the dynamic scale and position of the VFX we could make bald heads and mix them with different hairs! That would be something amazing to do.
