A cap on Weight allowence.

Weight alowence rolls over after 95 Str (i think) its been awhile) because the character sheet ran out of space for numbers making str builds on higher level PW's that could achive these numbers perma encumbered without having to rescript the ui wouldnt it be possable to cap wieght allowence at 95 so that we could get the bonuses of high Str build?

    this is easily fixable via 2da modification which was already done by community (namely me) and sent to beamdog

    furthermore I don't see this anywhere on trello - this is not a place to push new requests only to discuss what got into trello board
