Missing OpenAL

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
I was recently on an Uninstall binge and went through programs I didn't recognize. I deleted the file OpenAL and have learned that I need that to run the EE versions of the game. Can anybody help me out on where I can find this file to download? I have the game(s) on Steam, do I just uninstall and reinstall? Thanks for any help.
