Dear Beamdog's staff, I have no idea how you are going to do what I will propose in a moment but you just have to make this happen. I've found an old screen shoots somewhere in depths of the Internet, portray custom, fanmade - whatever you call it - head model of Nathyrra from HotU! Somehow make contact with this guy who made this model and if he still have it put it into the game! Here are the pictures or you can find those just by typing "Nathyrra" in google graphic.

Those points aside, I don't think Beamdog is even thinking about taking community made content and inserting it into the base game.
Now, if you wanted better head models available, or graphical overhauls for the models in the original campaigns, you can toss in your vote for that on the Trello board, or post your opinions about it in the forums here.
