How to get a certain ''TOB only NPC'' to join your party in Shadows of Amn (SPOILERS WITHIN)

Hey everyone this is my guide to get Saverok to join your party in Shadows of Amn. Remember to start a new SOA game for this.

1st step: Create a character and boot Imoen out of your party, then open up the CLUA console and type up C:MoveToArea('AR2905') Welcome to the Sarevok (Abyss) test crtl+y Wraith Saverok, make sure he's dead.

2nd step: Using the console type up C:CreateItem('AMUL27') That's the code for the ''Amulet of Seldarine'' put it on Charname (if you can)

3rd Step: Open the CLUA console again, and type up C:MoveToArea('AR4000') Kill (or crtl+y) Illasera wait 15-20 seconds and you will be transported to the pocket plane after a quick conversation with Solar, Saverok appears get him to join your party and then head back to Irenicus's Dungeon

Enjoy

Hmm, very handy, but does it cause any issues later on when you reach the start of ToB and have to go through these steps for the 2nd time?

Hell trials, and the last Irencius battle worked fine, as did the last Suldanesselar scene. You automatically get transported to the spirit head's as per usual, when you click on them it says they have nothing more to say meaning they recognize that Illasera is dead. So using the codes just transport yourself to the pocket plane. :)

Just did 1st pocket plane test, and no 2nd Saverok has appeared yet so everything is working fine.

Also the maps In BG2EE only change when you kill Jon Irencius meaning you could fight Sendai and Yara-Shurga etc and still have the normal Amn map, once you kill Jon Irencius in the final battle the map changes to the TOB map. So there's no map issues

Nice, so it just flags it as done for when you reach it later, with perhaps a cheeky teleport required, awesome.

Haha yeah, if you were feeling up to it you could also have Illasera in your party >:)

Might be a stupid question but why do you need the amulet?

Sorry for the late reply. Not sure you do need the Amulet, I only use it so it ''tricks the game'' into thinking you've already beaten Irencius. I'm pretty sure everything would work fine without the Amulet. :)
