I put a guide on Steam called How to find & play modules on Neverwinter Vault.
Over and above general publicity, a particular reason for doing this is that posting modules to Steam Workshop can now reference the guide if they need to link to Required Items that (for one reason or another) must remain on the Vault for now. CEP would be an example, as it stands.
