Idea for a mod or DLC: play the fate of the NPCs

Character endings after ToB tell the player what happened beyond the Bhaalspawn Saga. So Cernd fights his own son who became an evil mage, Viconia joins Drizzt and saves Suldanesselar from a Zentharim plot, Edwin starts a bitter tavern in Waterdeep, Anomen goes to Maztica and rallies besieged soldiers against the evil cleric Yamash, Keldorn holds a pass against the giants like Leonidas did at Thermopylae, etc.
It would be great to play these scenarios, with new maps, dialogues and emotional scenes with a worthy writing.

    So would you have no party or player made character in these campaigns? You're just playing as the companion?

    Some of the epilogues may be a solo affair, but many of them would allow full parties of npcs. In fact, I think the only epilogues that would necessitate solo play would be Keldorn's final battle, Sarevok's, Edwin's and maaaybe Aerie's and Imoen's. I think it sounds like a pretty cool idea.
