Need Help In ToB using EET!!!

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I'm playing BGEE Trilogy heavily modded. I've killed Balthazar, but the Solar never called me to give me the final talk and remove the last barrier in the Plane. Is there either a console command or a variable to change or something else that will help me move on? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

    Go to the pocket plane
    Enter in console
    C:SetGlobal("TalkedToSolar","GLOBAL",5)
    C:CreateCreature("Solar")
