Is there any choice of PC, or anything in the game, that will allow Viconia to become a high elf?

    Drow have become a race of their own after separating from surface elves long time ago. It's not that a drow is something like a fallen elf. Even Drizzt the good and lawful drown stays a drow, It's a different thing to change Viconia's alignment by the influence of the protagonists. The Viconia friendship and romance mods have such options.

    Yes.

    If IIRC, "drow" is elvish for "traitor", something like that.

    Now, for sexual encounters. 3 potential girlfriends. Aerie, Jahera, and Viconia. In terms of before, during, and after action reports from the girls, is it better to play a Paladin or a neutral good fighter? Also, is there any way of getting all 3 in bed and them being happy about it?

    Well, there is actually. It's called the Rjali-mod, but that's later for BG2EE. You can find it here:

    In BGEE (where you are now), you can only try the predecessor of this mod - it is called the Jini-mod. You can find it here:

    But in this mod, the girls don't know about your other love adventures. Only your hot love Jini, a Djinni trapped in a lamp, knows, but keeps your secrets.
