EET Correctly order mod installation

Hello guys, I would like to install the EET and I would like to know how to install the mod in the correct order.
I found here https://rawgit.com/K4thos/EET-Compatibility-List/master/EET-Compatibility-List.html the compatibility list of the mods for the EET but there is no the correct order how to install them. Please guy could tell me the right order? Thanks a lot.

    I would recommend using the Big World Setup tool, as it takes dependencies and install order correctly.

    In the first paragraph above the list are the links for install tools. Use one of them if you intend to use more than a handful of mods. The tools know the order and apply patches where needed. They search and download the mods for you and extract the zips to the correct game.

    I got a problem, I would like to install some mods in Italian my mothertang. I put on the EE Tool the Italian language and second English but when it arrived to ascension the installation got lock with languages problem. How can I put that the mods that have the italian language will be installed in Italian and the rest in English?
