Bhaalspawn Keeps Taking Damage?

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
My Bhaalspawn keeps taking damage for no apparent reason. It seems to occur every 2 in-game hours. Is this a bug or is there an unresolved quest that I forgot about? My journal entries aren't helping and resting doesn't stop the effect from occuring. There is no visible effect on my portrait that would indicate this effect occuring.

    Can you post a screenshot or tell us about the information contained within your combat log regarding this damage?
