Question Regarding Scribe Scroll

A few spells require a material component to scribe (Dragon Blood for Time Stop, True Seeing and Harm), and I wanted to know what controls this? I've looked at the x2_inc_craft and related scripts as well as the related 2das and can't seem to find what determines what spells require a component and what that component is.

    des_matcomp.2da determines that. The tag of the required item for spell goes into the comp_tag column
