Mod: Can't Load Save After PC Dies?

Somewhere I installed a component that made my game a hardcore run. My PC died and now I can't load any saves. Any idea what this component was and how I can fix?

    UITweaks: Keep Dialog Box active after death

    Another workaround is to exit the game and reopen it. I had this problem during my last BG2EE game.
