How to change NPC portraits

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
People of the gate, my google fu has failed. I seek your redemption and knowledge.

I can get my own custom pics working for pc fine (make sure its .bmp, 210x330, 7 characters) works fine.

I got some sick pics for Jaheria tho and for the life of me can't figure out how to change her portrait.

    Name the images JAHEIRAL.bmp and JAHEIRAM.bmp (or NJAHEIRL.bmp and NJAHEIRM.bmp for BG2) and place them in either the custom portraits folder or the override folder (the former takes priority).

    Nice! That worked perfectly! Thank you for the help! Now to hunt for alternates for the other npcs
