Better GUI scaling in the works (beta fix already available)

For PC users, we have a beta big screen mode: put this into your baldur.ini file: 'Graphics', 'Scale UI', '0',
It's beta, it makes the main window quite good.
However the scaling currently also applies on all other windows so when checking the inventory, records etc. there is a lot of blue/grey unused space.
