So I boot up the launcher today and this pops up. I have absolutely no idea why. Help please? Also the play button isn't visible while this is there.

    Oh dear.

    Couple things to try:
    First, try restarting the launcher. Maybe it's just having trouble contacting the servers.

    Second, try restarting your computer. Maybe your computer's trying to install some updates that are preventing the launcher from contacting the servers.

    Third, log into your account on beamdog.com and make sure the game's still listed in your account. If it's not, send an email to support@beamdog.com to let them know what happened. If it is, then there's probably something else going on (post here again if you're still having trouble).

    It could be any one of those problems, or it could be something else. But those are my first three steps.
